Fiberocity Vendor Terms of Use
- Must be 18 years of age.
- There is a 10% fee on any item for sale. Ex: $3.00 pattern, .30 cents fee.
- At this time each advertising space will be listed in the Marketplace with a biz card size advertising. We will be offering larger ad space down the road. **this feature is pending**
- There will also be revolving ads each month that may appear on the forum pages and/or group pages. There is no guarantee where your ad may appear but we will strive to give everyone a good chance to be seen in the community as much as possible.
- There will be Google and other search ability to help facilitate your advertising power.
- Any disputes between you and a buyer is strictly between you and the buyer and Fiberocity bears no responsibility for these disputes. WE trust you will be honest and deal professionally with customers. If, however there are too many disputes or issues and it comes to our attention, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account to seek resolution with you or, if necessary, permanently suspend your account.
- If you agree to all the above, set your Vendor Account with all information including payment information. Once we receive that you will get an approval message and you are good to go.
